One of the paints

I'm actually painting this in grayscale but I threw a quick color layer on top so you get an idea of the colors I am going to put on. I actually think I am going to tone down the colors even more for the real color pass.
But yeah like the whole bathroom still has to be painted and I need to put the tile floor in. So I feel I'l like 50% percent done... with this one... 

I also think I am going to add more light hitting the floor around her and bounce light on the toilet and cabinets.

    the crotch looks out-of-alignment with her torso and her body feels short and thick. Face needs maya's features and more structure. the lighting could also be more dramatic too. I'd pick a part of her face you want to focus on like lips or eyes, and actually shadow everything but that. Then go back in and reveal other things like the needle while making sure it doesnt overpower the focal point. At the moment, the focus seems to be on her crotch/belly.
